This means that the support portal you use for logging cases has been changed too: here is some information about how to log in.
Already a user of Customer Support?
If you are, for security reasons we would like you to update your password.
- Choose Sign in and click Forgot your password?
- Enter your email address and follow the instructions on screen.
- You will receive an email. Click the link in the email to reset your password.
- Sign in and complete your profile with name, telephone number, company, position and preferred language.
New user?
You can register like this:
- Click Register and enter you email address and the password you wish to use (minimum 8 characters)
- Complete your registration and profile with your name, telephone number, company, position and preferred language.
- Click Update.
- Confirm your email by clicking the link in the email you get.
